These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at thegentlemanclothing.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site and the The Gentleman store are owned and operated by Trusted Global Enterprise LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Florida ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors, materials and measurements accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between production batches. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or applicable sales tax, which are shown before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, product unavailability, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including shipping and taxes. Payments are processed by third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Charges will appear on your statement as THEGENTLEMAN TGE LLC.
Orders may be subject to verification (for example, address verification or 3-D Secure) to protect against fraud.
6. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier; however, we will assist with claims for lost or damaged packages as described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, we ask that you contact us first at admin@trustedglobalenterprisellc.com so that we can resolve it promptly. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or under your card issuer's policies. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted and to provide transaction records, shipping and delivery confirmation to the card issuer.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to place fraudulent orders; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any related systems; to interfere with the Site's operation; or to use any robot, scraper or automated means to access the Site without our written permission.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at admin@trustedglobalenterprisellc.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change was posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
